Privacy Policy

Effective the day this site goes live. RSU Supply LLC (“we,” “us”) operates rsusupply.com. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and contractors requesting quotes, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect, quote form

When you submit a Request a Quote form, we collect: your name, work email, city and state, and a description of what you need and by when. Phone number is optional. If you upload a file (materials list, price sheet, or invoice in PDF, JPG, PNG, XLSX, or CSV format), we collect that too. We do not collect a resale certificate or business license number through the form, for a tax-exempt order, we collect that separately while preparing it.

Information we collect, automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect standard technical information when you visit, IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and referring page, through Google Analytics (GA4) and our security/performance provider, Cloudflare. This helps us understand site usage and keep the site secure and fast; it is not linked to your identity unless you separately submit a quote request.

Cookies

We use cookies for basic site analytics (Google Analytics) and for Cloudflare’s security and performance features. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function as intended if you do.

How we use your information

We use quote-form information to respond to your request, prepare pricing, verify you’re a contractor/business buyer (not a retail consumer, see our Request a Quote page), and follow up about your order. We do not use your information for anything beyond responding to and fulfilling your inquiry.

File uploads

Materials lists, price sheets, or invoices you upload are used solely to prepare your quote and are handled with the same confidentiality as any other quote information. Accepted file types are restricted (PDF, JPG, PNG, XLSX, CSV) and file size is capped for security.

How we share your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make the site and quoting process work, our website host, our form-processing/email tool, and analytics providers (Google Analytics), solely to operate those services. We do not share your information with other companies for their own marketing.

Data retention

We retain quote-request information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to service your account. You can request deletion of your information at any time (see Your Choices below).

Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you submit, including secure hosting and standard web security practices. No online submission is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. RSU Supply LLC does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, email raphael@rsusupply.com.
